改版仍然没有取消，准确的说是三个版本，标准版8首新曲当新专辑发行，以“Bad Romance”当第一主打，豪华版依旧是改版（新歌+The Fame），还有一个超级精英歌迷豪华版。

The Fame Monster Not a Re-Release!Lady GaGa appeared on the German TV show called Wetten Dass, where she announced that she's releasing a whole new album instead of The Fame Monster, citing, she was fighting with her record label about the release because it was too much money. Now she is releasing an entire new album! According to GaGaDaily the 8 new songs will now be released as its own entity, The Fame Monster, for $8.00. Cherytree Records says there will be two versions of The Fame Monster, the Stand-alone disc with 8 new songs & the Deluxe version with The Fame album & 8 new songs together.

3 versions of The Fame-Monster:
Standard - 8 new songs
Deluxe -The Fame album & 8 new songs together
Super Elite Fan Deluxe - The Fame Album, 8 New songs and Book of GaGa hand signed by GaGa
