关于amazon uk的订单

今晚下的订单，confirm email也收到了，但刚刚再上amazon uk却查不到最近的订单，什么都没有，就像蒸发了一样...怎么回事？

我查的是最近的open order...事实上，整个order目录都翻遍了，没有...

已确过邮件确实， 2 Amazon.co.uk customer accounts with the same e-mail address, each with differing passwords。我自己搞搅了...一切都好，我错了，贴沉了吧。

算了，还是多说几句，以免有人再有同样的错误。情况是这样的，我昨晚在论坛看到英amazon有优惠活动，所以跑到uk amazon注册了个帐号，用的常用的邮件地址。然后就是一般购物流程，找商品，下订单，确认后，收到了信用卡的扣1美元帐单与uk amazon的确认email。但等我再登上那个帐号，查看open order里确什么都没有...事后查证的结果就是上面的那段英文了...这时候我才想起来，约一个月前，我就用同样的邮件地址注册过uk amazon，只是当时没买什么东西，昨晚，我以为自己没有帐号，又用上面的邮件地址（amazon居然都不提示一下，靠）注册了一下，不过用的密码不同。结果就成了，同一邮件地址对应两个不同的帐号，帐号B下的订单跑到帐号A里面去了...

这个貌似不可能的吧，一个邮件地址还能同时注册两个帐号阿？？

我就是一个邮件注了两个帐号...上面那段英文是他们回信里查的结果。我也觉得一般来说不可能有这种情况。

刚又试了一下，同一个email地址，不同密码登上去，一个有订单，一个没有...其实整件事最诡异的是，我在帐号B里下的订单跑到帐号A里面去了...

这个其实不是一个邮件地址还能同时注册两个帐号，就是两个下单信息罢了

“2 Amazon.co.uk customer accounts  with the same e-mail address”不是两个帐号是什么...
而且如果真如楼上所言，算两个下单信息，B里面下单，却查不到，只能到A里面查，这又是搞什么飞机啊

以下是amazon客服回信原文，我觉得这算是一个bug:
I have checked our records and can confirm that you have 2 Amazon.co.uk customer accounts with the same e-mail address, each with differing passwords.

Multiple accounts are created when you sign in as a new customer. By this you will have multiple accounts with the same e-mail address but different passwords. Each account contains separate information and can be accessed with its own unique password.

If you are logged into one account and do not see the account history or the particular order you were expecting, then you will need to log out of this account and enter the website again using one of the other passwords.

To log out from our website simply visit "Your Account" and click the link entitled "Sign out from our site". This will remove your name from the Welcome page.
