“2 Amazon.co.uk customer accounts with the same e-mail address”不是两个帐号是什么...
而且如果真如楼上所言,算两个下单信息,B里面下单,却查不到,只能到A里面查,这又是搞什么飞机啊
以下是amazon客服回信原文,我觉得这算是一个bug:
I have checked our records and can confirm that you have 2 Amazon.co.uk customer accounts with the same e-mail address, each with differing passwords.
Multiple accounts are created when you sign in as a new customer. By this you will have multiple accounts with the same e-mail address but different passwords. Each account contains separate information and can be accessed with its own unique password.
If you are logged into one account and do not see the account history or the particular order you were expecting, then you will need to log out of this account and enter the website again using one of the other passwords.
To log out from our website simply visit "Your Account" and click the link entitled "Sign out from our site". This will remove your name from the Welcome page.
