本人帮朋友在英国亚马逊下了一单,今天到货,其中集结号外面的塑封全破,并且塑封与盒子粘贴在一起了,象2手被人看过在塑封的,能否投诉?会英语的帮忙写如上一段话,谢谢!

Because of your unsuitable packaging method, the box of <assembly> was completely broken, I want u to exchange it or send me a replacement.

我已收到你们发来的碟片,其中集结号这张已严重损坏,看起来象2手一样,因为此碟是本人要送朋友的礼物能否重发一张,楼上的朋友能否帮我翻译,谢谢了!

那些啰嗦的原因不用说，直接让他换或重发就行，就按我写的那样就行

I'm very disappointed when receiving the Assembly Blu-ray from my order No. XXX dated XXXX, the shrinkplasic (factory seal) was torn and sticked together with the amary case, which make it like a second-hand disc. As I order it as a gift to my friend, the condition of the disc received will not be acceptable. Would appreciate if you can send me a replacement. I will return the damaged disc upon your confirmation for refunding my return postage cost.

I have received the disc you sent, which this "assembly" has seriously damaged its looks the same as the 2 hands. Because I would like this disc for a friend as a gift , please send me a replacement.

i've received disc from u, but one of the<Assembly>  cover has been damaged seriously. it looks like second-hand goods.would you mind send me another one coz i want to give it to my friend as a present
