金球奖主办单位好莱坞外国记者协会（Hollywood Foreign Press Association）十五日宣布，资深影星兼导演沃伦·比蒂（Warren Beatty）在明年1月的64届金球奖颁奖典礼上将被授予塞西尔·B·德米勒奖（Cecil B. DeMille Award），以表彰他对电影娱乐事业的卓越贡献。

塞西尔·B·德米勒奖即金球奖的终身成就奖，是专门表彰那些为电影事业做出过贡献的电影人，最近几年分别表彰了杰克·尼科尔森（1999）、芭芭拉·史翠珊（2000）、阿尔·帕西诺（2001）、哈里森·福特（2002）、金·哈克曼（2003）、迈克尔·道格拉斯（2004）、罗宾·威廉姆斯（2005）以及安东尼·霍普金斯（Anthony Hopkins）。

沃伦·比蒂曾经12次获得金球奖提名并5次获奖，获奖作品包括《天堂可以等待》（Heaven Can Wait）的最佳音乐喜剧类影片（制片人）、最佳音乐喜剧类男主角；《赤色分子》（Reds）的最佳导演奖；《一代情枭毕斯》（Bugsy）的最佳剧情类影片（制片人）等。

而且早在1962年沃伦·比蒂就被莱坞外国记者协会冠以“最有前途新人”的称号。除此以外，他还曾经创下奥斯卡影史上罕见地在同一部影片中担任制片、导演、编剧、演员四种身份而且都入围奥斯卡的纪录。1982年《赤色分子》为他夺得了当年奥斯卡最佳导演奖。

当然在沃伦·比蒂的履历上还有一部影片不得不提，那就是《邦妮和克莱德/雌雄大盗》（Bonnie and Clyde），这部划时代的电影不仅堪称公路电影的经典，而且也捧红了费·唐纳薇（Faye Dunaway）和沃伦·比蒂。

2000年美国电影艺术与科学学院举办的第72届奥斯卡典礼上，沃伦·比蒂被授予奥斯卡终身成就奖。

此外值得一提的是， 沃伦·比蒂的妻子安妮特·贝宁也是一位知名的好莱坞演员，前不久她刚刚在好莱坞星光大道上获得了自己的一颗星星，而其在新片《拿着剪刀跑》（Running with Scissors）中的表演也被普遍看好角逐奥斯卡影后。看来2006年真是这对夫妻的幸运年。

The DeMille Award will be presented to Beatty at "The 64th Annual Golden Globe Awards" to be held Monday, January 15, 2007 and telecast live on NBC (8-11 pm EST).

Beatty received five Golden Globes; including one as Best Actor (Comedy or Musical) for "Heaven Can Wait" and another as Best Director for "Reds." He also received Golden Globes as producer of Best Picture (drama) "Bugsy" and Best Picture (Comedy or Musical) for " Heaven Can Wait." He has received a total of 12 Golden Globe nominations; including Best Actor (Drama) for "Reds," "Bugsy," "Bonnie and Clyde" and "Splendor In the Grass." He received Best Actor (Comedy or Musical) nominations for "Bulworth" and "Shampoo." He also received Best Screenplay nominations for "Bulworth" and "Reds." The Hollywood Foreign Press Association named him "Most Promising Newcomer" in 1962.

Recent Cecil B. DeMille winners include Anthony Hopkins (2006), Robin Williams (2005), Michael Douglas (2004), Gene Hackman (2003), Harrison Ford (2002), Al Pacino (2001), Barbra Streisand (2000), and Jack Nicholson (1999).

HFPA今天还同时宣布，影星杰克·尼科尔森（Jack Nicholson）的16岁女儿洛兰·尼科尔森（Lorraine Nicholson）将担任今年的“金球奖小姐”。

第64届金球奖提名将于今年12月14日（周四）公布，而颁奖典礼（The 64th Annual Golden Globe Awards）将于2007年1月15日（周一）在贝弗利山的希尔顿酒店举行，NBC电视台届时将会进行现场转播。

Lorraine is Daughter of Jack Nicholson and Rebecca Broussard

HOLLYWOOD, CA, November 15, 2006 – The Hollywood Foreign Press Association today announced Lorraine Nicholson as its selection as Miss Golden Globe for the 64th Annual Golden Globe Awards to be telecast live on NBC on Monday, January 15, 2007. HFPA President Philip Berk made the announcement at a morning press conference. Traditionally, Miss Golden Globe, who assists in the Golden Globes ceremony, is the daughter of a well-known celebrity.

Lorraine, age 16, is the daughter of six-time Golden Globe recipient and former Cecil B. DeMille honoree Jack Nicholson and Rebecca Broussard. Lorraine is an actress whose credits include the hit 2006 comedy “Click” starring Adam Sandler, “The Princess Diaries 2: Royal Engagement” and “Something’s Gotta Give.”

“We are delighted to have Lorraine Nicholson join us to celebrate ‘The 64th Annual Golden Globe Awards,’” said Berk at the announcement.

Lorraine Nicholson currently resides in Southern California.

Previous Miss Golden Globe honorees include Laura Dern (daughter of Diane Ladd and Bruce Dern), Joely Fisher (daughter of Connie Stevens and Eddie Fisher), Melanie Griffith (daughter of Tippi Hedren) and last year’s honoree Dakota Johnson (daughter of Melanie Griffith and Don Johnson).

Nominations for “The 64th Annual Golden Globe Awards” will be announced at 5:00 a.m. on Thursday, December 14 at the Beverly Hilton. The 64th Annual Golden Globe Awards will take place Monday, January 15, 2007 at the Beverly Hilton Hotel with a live telecast airing on NBC at 8 PM (EST) and produced by dick clark productions in association with the Hollywood Foreign Press Association. HOLLYWOOD, CA, December 12, 2006 – Jessica Biel, Rosario Dawson and Matthew Perry will join Hollywood Foreign Press Association President Philip Berk to announce the Nominations for “The 64th Annual Golden Globe Awards” on Thursday morning, December 14, 2006 at The Beverly Hilton.   
Nominations will be announced in 25 categories. “The 64th Annual Golden Globe Awards” will take place Monday, January 15, 2007, at The Beverly Hilton with a live telecast airing on NBC at 8 p.m. (EST) and produced by dick clark productions in association with the Hollywood Foreign Press Association. Philip Berk is President of the Hollywood Foreign Press Association. PLEASE NOTE: No further credential applications can be accepted. Television crews must be checked-in and through security at The Beverly Hilton no later than 4:30 am on Thursday morning, December 14. All other media attendees will be admitted beginning at 4:30 am.  Doors to the Beverly Hills Ballroom will close promptly at 5:00 AM and no one will be admitted once the doors close. All credentialed television media will be emailed a rundown with exact timing of the announcements.
