I must complaint about the international shipping packages from Zavvi.
So here we are, the defect rate of Zavvi delivery could be one to six or higher.
The direct cause may be the irresistible external force during the shipping, which I can assure you that any other online store on this planet will face the same circumstances as you do.
So you know what I mean, the Root cause is the insufficient protection of your package itself. The little white box with a piece of dispensable thin foam paper may be suitable for your domestic delivery, but for international delivery? I don`t think so.....

So, We really hope that Zavvi can upgrade the international shipping packages. Amazon.UK did a good job though...I think Zavvi Team should learn it.

In the end, I hope you enjoy yourself in Blufans.com whether you are with Zavvi or not...

Yes, I work with The Hut Group, which operates Zavvi.com.
By defect rate, you mean the % of parcels that get damaged during transit, right? From what I understand, the Steelbooks get shipped in individual packages. Also, the Steelbooks get shipped out of Guernsey at the moment, not our main facility in Warrington. It's going to take time to improve the service we provide, please bear with us and work with us together.
